The Appalachian Trail
In this program on Sunday, May 20th from 2 PM – 3 PM, Elaine LaBella will discuss her volunteer work maintaining the Connecticut section of the Appalachian Trail. Using many photographs, she’ll also take audience members on a journey through all 14 states the trail touches and discuss its long history. And if, at the end of the presentation, you feel the urge to get out and explore, Ms. LaBella will offer tips on how and where to hike.
Programs are free for Seymour Historical Society Members and $5 for non-members.
Doors open at 1pm. Seating is limited to 65 people, so arrive early to claim a seat.
